Our Process

M3 generally purchases older, structurally sound homes for restoration aka "Starter Homes". Most of our homes are located in the south or north side of Lethbridge.

It is important for us, and the value of the home, that we maintain the endeavour to stay true to the home's original character in areas such as wood, moulding, design etc.

When you purchase an M3 home, you can pretty well walk in and enjoy, rather than walk in and work!

We look at:

  • the Electrical and Plumbing, most often these are immediately upgraded.

  • the Furnace, it is replaced if required.

  • what kind of shape is the Roof in, it is redone if needed.

  • the Flooring throughout is completely new or restored  if it is hardwood.

  • Each home is completed painted inside.

The Color Palette inside is kept to calming colors, muted shades of browns, golds, greens, etc. All M3's renovated homes come with complete window coverings

Depending on the season, we will paint the outside of the home, prune trees and tend to the overall yard.

We ask our buyers to keep in mind that we are not realtors. We're a company that makes "Older Homes, New Again". Therefore we prefer to buy and sell the homes we have restored.

We don't generally "fix-up" a home for someone else (unless an offer has been secured), as we like to take the paint colors, throughout the home, from the flooring color selected.  To us, this ensures a perfect color match.
