The concept for this company originated from Alan & Ava's father, Loyd Matson, who was a skilled craftsman and patient teacher. They thank him for this gift. 

On June 15, 2001, the home renovating business M3 Investments Ltd became an Incorporated Company.  It is a licensed, home-based occupation.

Alan Matson, Ava Matisz (nee Matson) and Doug Matisz, three members of a family that worked together in the past to "Make Older Homes New Again". Hence the name M3. On July 19, 2006, Ava and Doug bought out Alan's share of the company, in hopes this would move him a little closer to his well-deserved retirement. They're still waiting.

The Team:

It's a family affair - meet the Matisz team

	Ava Matisz enters the team with over 25+ years in the insurance industry/administrative and accounting background, general construction knowledge, custom drapery and embroidery, color design, painting techniques, etched and stained glass, floral design and overall yard maintenance.
	Doug Matisz also joined the team with over 25 years in the flooring industry (carpet, lino, hardwood/restoration), a wide knowledge of construction and overall yard maintenance.
	Hunter (right and below) and Gatlyn (left and below) Matisz have now been working for M3 over seven years. They have become great assets to the team, perfecting the art of wallpaper removal, painting, yard maintenance, eating, etc. They make work fun and always interesting!
Retired???
	Alan Matson came to this company with over 35 years experience as a journeyman carpenter, electrical and plumbing background notwithstanding his 25+ years as a junior high teacher. The current M3 Team call on Alan for help from time-to-time.
